Arvind Kejriwal To Go Jail Again? Fresh FIR Registered Against AAP Chief

Former Delhi CM and Aam Aadmi Party supremo Arvind Kejriwal is likely to face legal heat once again. On Tuesday, Delhi’s Rouse Avenue court ordered to file a fresh FIR against Arvind Kejriwal for allegedly misusing public funds for his party’s advertisement ahead of a public gathering held in Dwarka in 2019.

Some other AAP leaders have also been named in the case. The decision to lodge a new FIR was made by additional chief judicial magistrate Neha Mittal.

Ex-Delhi CM spent more than 2. 5 years behind bars in relation to money laundering case linked to Delhi’s Excise Policy, and now, it looks like an investigation in the Public funds misuse case is likely to be handed over to the Enforcement Directorate (ED).
