7 lakh 20 thousand rupees’s white poison seized from Talcher, 72 grams of brown sugar , one arrested

Angul, 23/10/2024 – In Baghuabol village under Talcher police station of Angul district, the special squad of the district Excise  department raided and seized 72 grams brown sugar. The value of the confiscated brown sugar will be around 7 lakh 20 thousand rupees. Sushant Naik (47) has been arrested in this case. Excise Inspector Bhaktabaschal Barma said that the others involved will be caught soon. However, it is reported that this amount of white poison has been found for the first time in Talcher area. There were 7 other people involved in this raid along with Square Inspector Mr. Burma.
