Nalco-sponsored LAP ITI – 198 public rallied to stop normal employment at Nalco factories and demanded to appointed them

Angul/Nalco Nagar, 29/12 –  Nalco Sponsored LAP, ITI (198), started a rally  from Nalco Kanhei Nagar Shiv Temple and reached the Nalco Administration Building, where a protest was held against Nalco and a protest was held for the purpose Claim letter to CMD.They said that 39 villages have been affected by Nalco’s Anugol project under three constituencies namely Angul, Talcher and Chhendipada, Nalco sponsored LAP/ITI (198) through railway project and water pipeline.They have been demanding for permanent employment in Nalco since many days.  The Sangh has fought repeatedly over the past 14 years and in the resolution of every RPDAC meeting and high-level meeting, it has been written that preference will be given to members of the Sangh during the general recruitment process in the coming future.  Even in the conclusion of the meeting held during the economic blockade against NALCO led by Honorable MP Dhenkanal last September 2023, it is written in NALCO that priority will be given to the members of the Nalco-Sponsored LAP ITI (198) in the general recruitment process in the future.They demanded immediate justice to the family members of the Sangh members by providing permanent employment in NALCO in the general recruitment process on the basis of experience with reduction in age limit and other preferences to the remaining members of the affected Sangh.
