Angul, 23/10 – Partha Sarathi Biswal from Angul district is cleared the OAS exam in the ranking of 194, unreserved general category. He is born in kainphulia Sahil of Balaramprasad village. Parthasarathi was the student of SSVM (Nalco) in his Hischool career. The Balaramprasad Panchayat and Nalconagar Saraswati Sishu Bidya Mandir today became proud of by achieving success in the Odisha Administrative Service Examination. .He is the son of Jiban Biswal (Nalco Employee), Angul district is proud of his son’s success today. Mr. Bishwal, who has achieved success in the non-reserved general category, has achieved this feat in his first attempt. After his matric in 2015, he was study in BJB College and pass out in ÷2. Later, he obtained a degree in Forestry from OUAT. Parthasarathi has been showered with congratulations from various quarters for this success. Shri Biswal said that he will give importance to the education of women and children along with the service of the people.
