Dhenkanal (Odisha) [India], October 9 : An under-construction building collapsed in the Mahisapat area in Dhenkanal on Wednesday. SP Dhenkanal, Abhinav Sonkar, said that two people were rescued after the incident. Abhinav Sonkar said, “A construction work was going on.
