Bhubaneswar, 01/10 – An expenditure of Rs 2 crore 57 lakh 50 thousand has been sanctioned by Odisha government for the observance of Kartik Vrat of Havisyali. Minister of Orthodoxy, Literature and Culture Mr. Suryasulhi Suraj said that all facilities and support will be provided to Havisyali mothers to observe Kartik Brat. Arrangements for safe accommodation, darshan of Lord Srijagannath, consumption of Mahaprasad, Bhajan-Kirtan and other cultural programs will be arranged for Havisyali mothers for a long month at various Havisyal centers in Puri.
